I have been immersed in the creative world since I can remember. Surrounded by artistic family members, mentors, and culture, I have been supported in my creative endeavors throughout my life.

The creative process, no matter the medium with which I work, serves as my preferred means of communication with the world. As an introverted person, art allows me to convey what I might be thinking and feeling at a given time without the need to express it verbally. Creating gives me a voice and freedom to be vulnerable without the fear of external judgement as well as serves as a therapeutic release. I truly believe that the more we as humans are able to openly communicate with each other and our environment, via whichever medium, the more opportunity there is for constructive interactions.
