All Levels Figure Drawing Session

This Figure Drawing Session will give artists the opportunity to practice their drawing skills and explore different styles and techniques. This is a non-instructional, group drawing session. Each session will be 2 hours long with 10-20 minute intervals for the model, followed by a short break. Students attending the session in collaboration with the model, determine the final length of each pose. This session will be led by Photographer and Model Coach, Jaida Bentley. The session will feature unique set designs, specialty lighting, themes and models variety each week! Models will be dressed to theme, drapped and nude. The session is not be led by a fine art drawing instructor.

Drop In-fee: $15 per class

Age Requirements: Minimum age 18, no youth exceptions.

Class Materials:

Artists must bring their own drawing materials (pencils, charcoal, paint sketchpads, etc.). Snacks and drinks will be provided for artists. We provide easels, tables and chairs. A hard backing for your drawing pad is suggested.

At the end of the class, three professional art teachers will evaluate the artists’ work and award prizes for during our Open house Gallery Show of All Artists work present at the class! The Open House Gallery Show is to be held at Studio 314 on April 6th, 2023 from 3pm-7pm. Winners will be announced at 6:30 PM for selected artists who are

Winners will be presented with cash prizes, gift cards, art discounts, and the opportunity to be featured on Studio 315’s Gallery social platform for participation! Artists who would like to participate in our Open House Gallery Showing of the classes will need to drop off their artwork for display 5-2 days before the show schedules April 6th, 2023.

Class is non-refundable. If you are affected by Covid, do not attend. We will issue you credit on another class. This course will be offered 4 times a year.
