Lydia Kang is an Omaha physician and author of fiction and non-fiction. Her books include A Beautiful Poison, Opium and Absinthe, Quackery: A Brief History of the Worst Ways to Cure Everything, Patient Zero, and the Nebraska Book Award winner, The November Girl.
