New Moon Ceremony Class

Unlock your creative potential on March 21st, 2023 from 6:30PM-8:30PM. We are thrilled to offer a transformative class that will explore the powerful benefits of Yoga, Meditation, Reiki healing, and Sound Bath Relaxation. This class is designed to help you tap into your creative potential and unleash your inner creativity by exploring the profound healing qualities of these ancient practices.

Led by the instructors, Kylie Alvarado of Blissful Flow Yoga and Ambient Crystals, and Jaida Bentley, of The Omaha Shaman, this workshop will begin with a guided yoga session to release any tension built up in the body and open the mind. We will then delve deep into a meditation with sound bowls to learn how to unlock our chakras and connect with our inner spirit and creativity.

Through this guided yoga and meditation practice, you’ll explore and release any blockages and tension that may be holding you back, while also tapping into your inner creative flow. This experience will bring profound relaxation and rejuvenation, leaving you feeling refreshed and invigorated. Additionally, by incorporating these practices, we aim to help you manifest your New Moon Intentions and set a positive energetic foundation for your future.
