Welcome to our magical guided sound bath meditation with energy alignment session on June 16th, 2023 from 7pm-8:30pm! Join us for a transformative experience that will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
Jaida Bentley, with The Omaha Shaman, will guide you through a deeply relaxing sound bath, using various sound healing instruments to create a peaceful, meditative environment. High frequency sounds will wash over you, release tension, and promote a sense of restoration within the mind, body and soul.
During the session, we’ll also focus on energy alignment, helping you connect with your inner self and release any blocks or negative energy that may be holding you back. Through guided meditation and visualization, you can tap into your own inner power and align yourself with your true path.
Whether you’re new to sound healing or a seasoned practitioner, this guided sound bath meditation with energy alignment session will leave you feeling centered, balanced, and renewed. We can’t wait to journey with you!
