“I am all about encouraging others and teaching. There are so many teaching moments in life. I’m still a student. I’m still a student of glass, and a student of life.” -Ed
Ed Fennell is a master at forging glass, and connections. From the moment he became intrigued by glassblowing his senior year of college, to setting up his first furnace in his garage in 1982, to co-founding the Hot Shops Art Center in 1999, Ed is passionate about sharing his love of glassblowing with others.
Ed has taught hundreds of individuals over the course of his career. His openness and generosity – unmatched. Those students and colleagues invite you to see the impact Ed has made, with glass artwork that is created across the U.S. and as far as Japan, Australia, and New Zealand.
Opening reception will be Friday, April 8, 6-8 p.m.
