The Rangbrook Ensemble presents a performance of J.S. Bach’s “Goldberg” Variations, arranged for string trio. Musicians William Wolcott (violin), Jesse Griggs (viola), and Sophia Potter (cello) are thrilled to begin their 11th season of free chamber music concerts in Nebraska with this exciting and complex work.
One of the hallmarks of the Rangbrook Ensemble’s programming is to make their audience feel at ease and engaged with classical music, even if they are not regular concert goers. Musicians always take the time to present an in-concert lecture on the composer and the music, with musicians on stage to perform examples. All performances are free and open to the public and there is no need to reserve tickets in advance.
