Using guided visualization and writing with drawing, we will create a personal symbolic painting that holds much meaning for you. This class will use color mixing in acrylic on a 9×12 canvas. The experience includes light chair yoga in an essential oil infused setting. You will go home with a painting that will remind you of your true self. I have a seat saved for you.
