Valentine’s Mixed Media Workshop

Will you be my Valentine? Learn how to layer and overlap elements, establish a strong focal point, and incorporate collage materials—papers, tissue, maps, and more—while creating artwork inspired by vintage Valentine’s Day cards.

Rummage through our collage stash to build your masterpiece! You’ll have access to a variety of media, including watercolor, stamping, printing, stickers, paper adhesion, chalks, ribbon, buttons and additional supplies as needed. Students are welcome to bring some of their own supplies to personalize their Valentine’s collage.  No experience necessary—just come ready to create.
