Imagine what happens when you bring a class in to see artists-at-work, to hear directly from them about their ideas, processes and tools. That child’s imagination expands, and they begin to think about the possibilities and opportunities for them to create new things, solve new problems and even create original music!
The Hot Shops Art Center was excited to partner with Prairie Stem in providing a variety of education opportunities to students last semester.
One of those opportunities involved Papillion LaVista Community Schools middle school HAL (high ability learners). In this music seminar, students composed music to match the mood the artwork inspired for them.
